At Royal Crown Collections, we work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly and securely. All orders are processed within 24–48 hours and shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (excluding holidays). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If you need to update your address, you have 24–48 hours after placing your order to contact us at support@royalcrowncollections.com for corrections. After that window, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Royal Crown Collections is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

All sales are final, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before checkout to ensure a smooth and accurate delivery process.
